1099 Forms Printing
The name of the program to run from your Quantum menu is APFED9r2. This one program will print 1099-MISC, 1099-NEC and the 1099-R forms. QwinForms must also be installed and working on your system. The forms for 2023 are the same as the ones used last year.
Geneva Account Managers will help install these end of year updates and test them with you to ensure you have everything in place when you print your 1099 forms in January. When you are ready to run your live forms, PLEASE make certain you place one form in your printer and print an Alignment form. If the output does not match up to your form you should contact contact Geneva Support. Here is how your forms should look:

W2 Forms Printing
The name of this program to run from your Quantum Payroll menu is PRPAQW2S. This one program will provide options to print either 2-Up or 4-Up laser W2 forms, as well as the W3-Transmittal form.
The W2 forms for 2023 are formatted the same as the ones used last year.
Geneva Account Managers will help install this update if you are using the Quantum Payroll module. If you are, we will help test the output with you to verify everything working properly before you commit to running your live forms. PLEASE make certain before you run your live forms to insert one form in your printer tray and opt to "Print an Alignment Form". If the output does not match up with your forms, please contact Geneva support at your earliest convenience.

2024 Payroll Federal Tax Tables
The IRS pushed out the Circular E for 2024 on 12/14/2023 (still in draft form). If the IRS changes anything in these documents when they become finalized, we will post the information on this Support page.
