Geneva’s web based financial reporting system replaces all the work you used to do each month with the Management Reports. You no longer have to generate the reports, print multiple copies, separate and collate them for each Director and distribute them via interoffice mail. An added benefit is we are not using all that computer paper, which helps the environment as well as reduces our costs. Ain’t technology great?

My feelings before the implementation of Quantum was one of shear panic. I had been with the previous payroll system for about 20 years so I was leery about changing. However, along came Linda from Geneva who was very patient. We ran several mock payrolls and she tried her best to build up my confidence which, eventually, she did. I will admit I was very nervous for the first several payrolls but it is getting better with each payroll I run. I thas also eased my workload in certain areas. There were several things I previously had to manually work out on paper prior to doing the payroll and they have been eliminated making the process much more efficient.

As far as Quantum goes, I love it. I have never had a company that stands behind their product like Tom Vincent does. When you have a problem (if you have a problem) you just make a phone call and they are on it. We rarely talk to them. We get everything we need. They have been consistently superior throughout the years.

We have been Quantum users for just over a year now and cannot say enough good things about this product. Switching from our old accounting software of 20 years, we were expecting heartaches and long days. Not so with Quantum. The installation process was so easy and the people at Geneva so helpful that is was the easiest software transition I have ever been a part of. Add to fact that Geneva supplies a superior software product and backed with excellent customer service and support, this is a product I would highly recommend to any company.

We processed our first live direct deposit Accounts Payable run today. All went well. We had a couple of keying issues on our end but we had everyone's direct deposit processed by 2:30pm. Again with this process as with others, let me say your staff is awesome!

I sent an e-mail to the other CSBs in Georgia who use Geneva to get their feedback. They were complimentary about the software but I was quite struck at how many of them said that a big strength for Geneva was the support staff. It seemed to be a "theme" that you are very customer service oriented, you listen to their feedback and you are responsive when issues arise. It was nice to hear of the partnership mentality that you obviously have.
