Geneva has incorporated several new features into the core Quantum financial modules, mostly based on needs from specific clients. Many features have been added to keep pace with what are now considered industry standard features (i.e. scanning documents and attaching to employees, vendors, invoices, fixed assets, etc). The following list is a summary of the many of the new feaures Geneva has added to Quantum during the past 12 months and are ready for distributions in Quantum version 7.50.

- Scan documents and associate them to employees (i.e. W4, photo id, letters...)

- A/P secure pay export files
- Multiple expense accounts per Purchase Order Line
- New Client Fund Management module
- Save AP Voucher References and recall them on future invoices
- New Subledger Details Reports (AP, AR, AD, PR) - more selection and sort options
- Expanded Voucher Invoice field to 20 characters
- Copy a Single G/L Account across Reporting Units / Programs / Entities
- Vendor Account Inquiry - new scroll bar feature
- Employee Account Inquiry - new drill downs, scroll bar features, display G/L Dists
- A/R Cash Receipts - added batch number for easier reconciling
- Journal Group Inquiry - easier navigation
- G/L Account Inquiry - added drill downs to Subledgers and Journal Entry Numbers
- Supervisor Validation Table - added option to valid supervisors in the Position records
- More Position Reports (by Supervisors, New Vacancy Listings, ...)
- Print Financials - easier Selection processing from the Print Financial screen
- Clear Employee Leave Balances based on Fiscal Year option added to the system
- H/R Insurance Benefit maintenance - added more fields for spouse and child information
- EEO1 Reporting as per Federal Reporting Requirements
