Quantum was developed by a company in California called MCBA. This suite of software modules was originally written for mini-computers back in the early 1980s and is currently running across unix and windows platforms. Quantum has experienced several metamorphosis over the years with major releases and a transition to the windows environment.

Quantum is one of the few systems that retained it's original code while moving to the windows platform. Other companies rewrote their systems and their customers played the unsettling role of "pioneer". Quantum delivers to its users the security of a time-tested, proven and stable product.
