GL is integrated with Netsmart's AVATAR Billing system. Cash receipts, adjustments, contractual allowances, revenues and writeoffs are posted to Quantum G/L as if it were the Accounts Receivable subledger.
The part that makes Geneva standout from other solutions that use "interfaces" is the system's ability to reconcile GL transactions back to the AVATAR source record. This greatly enhances the reconciliation between the two systems and provides an easy-to-follow audit trail.
