Geneva's H/R Employee Training module picks up where Quantum's original training programs left off. Quantum now tracks more information about each employee, tracks instructor credits, course renewal dates and expirations, prints enrollment lists, displays employee training to the screen for any range of dates and much more.
We added these features to the Quantum system as part of a partnership effort with many of our customers who requested more functionality.

| Define Courses and Subjects |
This program allows you to setup and define an unlimited number of Courses to be conducted for the purposes of employee training. Through this program you will define the course description (long and short), whether it's a miscellaneous ad-hoc course, the number of months until renewal (if applicable), who the instructor is and how many credit hours is the course worth.

| Course Enrollment |
Geneva has added a streamlined course enrollment screen. You can either enroll trainees before the class is conducted or after and enter the hours credited at that time. Adjustments to credit hours can be made on an employee by employee basis to accommodate any special circumstances or attendance issues.
Once entered, this information is used on the course enrollment roster reports and employee training history inquiries.

| Employee Training History Inquiry |

This program provides a fast and easy means to lookup an employee's history of enrollment and participation in training classes. Historical data is left on file for as long as you desire.
All historical information can be accessed by Crystal Reports so users can design their own employee training history reports.

| H/R Training Reports |
Geneva provides several H/R Training reports as part of the standard system. These reports include subject lists, course listings, course enrollment rosters, instructor listings, training list by employee, training renewal reports, course history reports and more. Users can also design their own reports using Crystal Reports.
