Greensboro, North Carolina - March 10, 2003 - Geneva Software Company is pleased to announce that Centerstone has chosen Quantum as their financial accounting system. Geneva has been tasked with converting legacy data, customizing employee allocations to G/L after the month has ended, custom designing an Administration Allocation program and various other customizations and enhancements.
Centerstone is the largest behavioral healthcare provider in the state of Tennessee and one of the largest in the nation. Centerstone serves more than 44,000 individuals throughout 28 counties each year. Centerstone was formed in 1997 with the affiliation of Pinnacle Health (Columbia Area MHC, Harriett Cohn Center and Highland Rim MHC). The Dede Wallace Center, Luton Mental Health Services joined the group in 1998 and the Elam Mental Health Clinic opened in January 2000. Once the merger was complete in July 2000, Centerstone began a transition period to allow clients, employees and the various communities to adapt to their new, unified operation and identity.
The acquisition of the Quantum software through Geneva is in-step with Centerstone's vision of integrating services with accounting for better financial reporting and cost control. Geneva delivers the ability to convert their legacy data, install enhancements and customizations that are specific to Centerstone and provide a single, integrated financial accounting system for all the modules they require. Geneva will interface service utilization and A/R distributions from Qualifacts' clinical billing system to Quantum's General Ledger. This will be the fourth interface with a clinical billing package that Geneva has implemented in various Quantum sites.

One of the unique features Geneva is adding to Quantum for Centerstone involve "redistributing" employee allocations at the end of the month based on actual staff service activities. This addresses one of the most common problems in mental and behavioral healthcare |
| organizations: "How to allocate payroll distributions when you don't know what the allocations are until days (sometimes weeks) after the payroll has been completed". |
