The Geneva Software Company has been working closely with individuals in Mental, Behavioral and Public Healthcare organizations since 1994. Geneva's customer base consists primarily of Community Service Boards, County Public Health Departments, Limited Management Entities, Provider Organizations and one State-Wide DHS installation. It has been the company's target market goal to be the "one-source / one-responsibility" vendor for all the financial (back office) solutions in this marketplace. Quantum is a suite of software modules that has been integrated with Netsmart's AVATAR system. It is a GAAP based system that has been tailored to address FASB117 and GASB34 financial reporting guidelines.

Geneva partners with Netsmart Technologies to provide a combination of the industry's best software solutions to organizations of all sizes. Quantum is widely installed, time tested and proven to be a tailored fit for Mental Health, Behavioral Healthcare and Public Health Organizations.

CMHC/MIS accounting users can migrate to Quantum through Geneva's MIS Data Conversion Utilities. Geneva will convert your Account Numbers, Reporting Units, Actuals, Budgets, Beginning Balances and for as much transaction history as you wish. We have also converted payroll and human resource information through CMHC/MIS GRS data extracts. Other modules that have been converted include A/P Vendor information, Fixed Asset systems, Client Fund Management (Representative Payee) and more. Our goal is to provide our customers with a smooth transition to the Quantum financial solution.

		Mercy Behavioral Healthcare, a Netsmart Premiere Partner, migrated from their CMHC/MIS accounting system to Quantum in 2007. They consolidated their disparate solutions under one vendor - Geneva. Over 2000 employee records were converted from MIS to Quantum and the time it took to run a payroll went from four days to six hours. Geneva also implemented the Client Fund Management module - replacing Mercy's quickbooks system.

The Minnesota Department of Human Services uses Quantum to deploy financial reports to Program Managers throughout the State. Geneva interfaced Quantum's General Ledger with the various disparate State systems for Accounts Payable, Payroll and Fixed Assets. Geneva also integrated with the State's AVATAR system.

Gateway Healthcare is one of Netsmart's Premiere Partners located in Rhode Island. Gateway migrated from the CMHC/MIS accounting system to Quantum in 2006. Geneva also interfaced Quantum to their DATIS payroll system and deployed web-based financials. Gateway no longer uses Excel to manually create financial reports. Instead, Financial Statements (cash flow statements, income/activity statements, balance sheets) are generate directly from the Quantum General Ledger module.
