May 2010: Henderson Mental Health, located in Ft. Lauderdale Florida, has signed an agreement with Geneva to replace their CMHC/MIS accounting system with Quantum. Henderson will be using Geneva's web-based remote requisitions and web-based financial reporting system. Geneva will be converting their existing GL, Payroll, Human Resources and Fixed Asset data into Quantum and will use the CMHC/MIS G/L interface until the AVATAR billing system comes on line, at which time the integration piece will be activated
Jan 2010: Seneca Health Services, Inc. of West Virginia has selected Netsmart and Geneva to upgrade their CMHC/MIS system to AVATAR and Quantum financials. Geneva is converting the CMHC G/L, Payroll and H/R data to speed the migration process.
Dec 2009: Walla Walla County Department of Human Services has selected Geneva to implement the Quantum financial system. Walla Walla is located in the State of Washington and will be deploying Quantum with Netsmart's AVATAR solution.

Geneva Web-Based FLEX Reporting
Quantum now has the ability to print financial statements through your organization's Intranet as web-based financial reports. Users are setup with logins and passwords as well as Reporting Unit/Program designations. These reports are user-designable and come standard with drill downs, export to excel and user logging.
Migration Path from CMHC/MIS to Quantum.
Many of our customers have seen how quickly Geneva can convert, crosswalk and setup General Ledger, Payroll, AP and Human Resources from the CMHC/MIS data. This rapid conversion strategy prevents our new customers from becoming "data loaders". To date, Geneva has migrated over 30 clients from their CMHC/MIS systems to Quantum financials.

New State of Georgia Interfaces.
Geneva is working on new data imports and exports from Quantum to the Georgia Breeze (Hewitt) system. Other new GA State Reporting projects include Rehired Retiree reporting and G1003 W2 electronic reporting.
