Geneva began working with clients in Georgia back in 1997 in partnership with Uni/Care systems of Sarasota, Florida. Geneva has modified Quantum to accommodate state specific reporting requirements including monthly MIERS electronic file submissions, State Retirement Reporting and electronic file, 401k Premium reporting, Health Insurance Premium Reporting, DOL Multiple Worksite reporting, DOL Quarterly Wage Reporting and more. Through the years other CSBs have watched the Geneva Quantum users very carefully. One at a time, based on varying circumstances, each CSB began moving from their legacy accounting systems to Quantum.

The result is Geneva has built a solid customer base throughout Georgia and works very closely with each customer to make certain they are utilizing the features of Quantum that help them be successful. Pineland CSB is the latest Geneva customer to get Quantum up-and-running. It took approximately three months for Pineland to get "full circle" on Accounts Payable, Payroll and General Ledger (with the final test being the successful submission of the MIERS file). Pineland is the only customer in the state that uses Creative Socio-Medics' AVATAR clinical billing module. Geneva provides and supports General Ledger interfaces to Uni/Care, CMHC and CSM accounts receivable systems.
